VAN WERT — Vantage Career Center has announced its inaugural Vantage 5K event. This year, the Vantage 5K is raising funds to help empower students by providing financial assistance towards various student activities.

MIDDLE POINT — Both Crestview and Lincolnview came off five set victories last Monday and had to focus on each other last Tuesday for the conference opener. It was the Knights who came away with a straight set victory.

LIMA — Lima Senior hosted the Crestview Knights in girls soccer at Lima Stadium. The Spartans scored a goal late in the first half and got a second half goal for the 2-1 victory.

VAN WERT — Coming off a tough 3-2 win over Allen East, the Jefferson Lady ‘Cats looked to continue their winning ways when they visited Van Wert. A balanced team effort gave the visitors a 10-0 halftime lead before they picked up the 18-0 victory.

LIMA — The Lincolnview offense looked to breakout at Lima Stadium on a beautiful Saturday morning for soccer. The Lancers received two first half goals from Ainsley Hoffman and Cody Ricker as Lincolnview picked up its first victory of the season — 3-2.

CONVOY — The Parkway Panthers came into Monday’s match with the Crestview Knights on a hot streak and 8-1 on the season. However, it was the Crestview Knights who rallied from two sets down to win in five sets.

SPENCERVILLE — The Lincolnview Lancers looked to get into the win column for the first time this season on Tuesday night when they visited the Spencerville Bearcats in NWC play. The Bearcats had other ideas as they tallied three first half goals for the victory.
