VAN WERT, Ohio — Carolyn Collins, 79, died peacefully on Nov. 27, 2024, at Van Wert Manor.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, at the Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home Chapel, 722 S. Washington St., Van Wert. Burial will be at 1 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2024, at Pleasant Cemetery, Marion, Ohio. In keeping with Carolyn’s wishes, public visitation will not be observed.
