MIDDLE POINT — Elementary students have been learning about Life Sciences in the STEM lab for the past month- specifically animal adaptations, habitats, and food chains. Kindergarten students studied different birds and learned that bird’s beaks are shaped according to the foods they eat.
MileSplit, a premier nationwide online network for cross country and track and field coverage and registration, has renewed its partnership with the NFHS for an additional three years. Originally signed as a corporate partner in 2021, MileSplit will remain the Official Cross Country and Track and Field Registration Platform of the NFHS.
LIMA — In the regular season ender for both teams, Lima Central Catholic eked out a 10-3 win over Crestview Friday night.
CONVOY—The Crestview Golf program recently held its awards night to recognize the team’s success throughout the season. Coaches Jeremy Best and Mitchell Rickard presented players with several awards and special recognition for the program.
VAN WERT—It was a must-win game for the Van Wert Cougars on Friday night when they hosted the Elida Bulldogs with a playoff spot on the line. The Bulldogs built a two touchdown lead in the second quarter and didn’t look back in the 49-34 victory.
