SOUTH WHITLEY, IND.—AG Plus, Inc. a full-service agribusiness cooperative specializing in agronomy, energy, feed, grain, and turf, announced Monday that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Custer Grain Co. Inc., a grain and fertilizer company. The acquisition does not include the Pioneer Seed Agency, as Custer Farm Supply will continue to retain.

VAN WERT—The Tri-County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, Mental Health Services Board announced the awarding of three mini-grants for 2025 at its monthly board meeting on Tuesday, August 27. “Several years ago, we started mini-grants where we award $5,000,” said Sandra Goodwin, Tri-County executive director.

Shawnee sweeps Spencerville in outdoor volleyball
SHAWNEE-Spencerville got to be a part of the first regular season outdoor volleyball match in OHSAA history on Saturday night when they visited the Shawnee Indians. The Indians made quick work of the Bearcats in straight sets.
