Also on Wednesday, Common Pleas Court Judge Charles D. Steele sentenced Clint Marbaugh, 36, Ohio City, to one year of community control for first-degree misdemeanor domestic violence. A Van Wert woman admitted to violating her appearance bond on Wednesday. Katrina Diltz, 27, was ordered held on a $5,000 cash bond.
Jonathan Slates, Van Wert, was sent back to the WORTH Center in Lima as part of his community control program. Slates had been terminated from the six-month program but told Steele that the facility was willing to take him back. Slates had an additional 30-day jail sentence added to his sentence.
