Yes, that was a horse-drawn covered wagon making its way into Van Wert County yesterday afternoon. "Lee the Horselogger" arrived in Van Wert County yesterday afternoon via U.S. 224.
Lee left from northwest Montana in August of 2006 and is slowly making his way to Boston for - what else? - a woman. Lee hopes to meet up with his childhood girlfriend in Boston.
Traveling by covered wagon pulled by two draft horses, Lee is accompanied by two large Pyrenees dogs. Along the way, Lee has been stopping and spending his evenings on Wal-Mart parking lots and other similar places.
A newspaper in Illinois has been tracking Lee and is helping to secure more comfortable accommodations for Lee and his animals along the way.
