PAULDING — Seventeen schools participated in the Paulding golf invitational at Auglaize Golf Course on Thursday with Kalida edging Wauseon for the championship 310-323.
Wayne Trace led area squads with a fourth-place finish at 333 while Delphos Jefferson was ninth with a 369 and the host Panthers finished 14th at 393.
Corbin Linder paced the Raiders with a 78 while Luke Miller chipped in an 83. Ethan Linder posted an 85 followed by Evan Baughman (87), Alec Vest (87) and Chris Davis (95).
Zack Wannemacher and Ryan Bullinger each carded a 90 to pace the Wildcats with Carter Mox chipping in a 92 and Nick Fitch posting a 97. Andrew Foust and Jacob Hamilton rounded out the Delphos Jefferson lineup with a 100 and 111, respectively.


Ben Heilshorn had an 83 to claim low score honors for Paulding and Ethan Dominique chipped in a 94. Completing the Panther lineup were Cade McGarvey (96), Ellie Miller (120), Isaac Baldwin (128) and Christian Burtch (131).
