LIMA, Ohio — Monte L. Anderson, 59, was called into the presence of
the Lord at 9:09 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2014, at St. Rita’s Medical
Monte was born June 13, 1954, in Celina, to Warren and
Betty (Kallmeyer-Fox) Anderson. His father preceded him in death. His
mother survives in Celina.
On Sept. 21, 2002, he married Diana C. (Wischmeyer) Anderson, who survives in Lima.
Monte was a 1972 graduate of Celina High School. He worked 18 years
for the Pipe Fitters Union #776, Jacobs Industrial Services, for the
Ineos Plant, Lima Chemical Plant. Mr. Anderson had served as a military
policeman in the United States Army.
He is survived by a son,
Joseph (Sara) Jackson of Columbus, and a daughter, Megan P. Anderson of
Lima; three grandchildren, Jonathan Raymond Shane Jackson, Jessica Anne
Jackson, and Jacob Marcus Dylan Jackson; three brothers, Scott (Denise)
Anderson of Celina, Joel (Carol Holdheide) Anderson of Celina, Kevin
(Lori) Anderson of Cincinnati; five sisters, Pamela Anderson of Lima,
Deborah (Tom May) Anderson of Celina, Lorraine (Tom Cole) Anderson of
Montezuma, Stephanie (Alan) Birt of Montezuma and Lisa (Ron) Ricks of
Celina; in-laws, Daniel L. and Lola E. Wischmeyer of Lima, and
brother-in-law, Joseph D. Wischmeyer of Lima; several nieces and
