LIMA, Ohio — Harold A. Tulett of Lima died at 10:15 p.m. on July 26, 2014, at Lima Manor Nursing Home in Lima.

He was born July 29, 1922, in Van Wert, Ohio, a son of William H. and Sylvia (Waldron) Tulett who are both deceased.

He is survived by a niece, Judy (Gary) Lincks of Dayton, Ohio. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Hundley and Edith Sonnycalb. Also surviving is Norman Stemen, his caregiver since 1992.


Harold loved spending all the holidays with the Stemen family and being involved with the gift exchanges. Harold enjoyed fishing, The Ohio State Buckeyes, bowling, Cincinnati Reds, cowboy movies, horses and his childhood dog, Jack. He went to school at Marimor School in Lima and lived on his own at his apartment until moving into Lima Manor. He worshipped at St. Rose Catholic Church in Lima.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014, at Van Wert Woodland Cemetery officiated by Father David Ross.
