Sheriff’s Office seeking burglary info

According to Van Wert County Sheriff Thomas M. Riggenbach deputies are looking for a burglar. The Sheriff’s Office is investigating a residential burglary that occurred on Tuesday, April 8.
An unknown number of suspects forced entry into a home in Tully Township between 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. during daylight hours. Evidence recovered at the scene will be processed by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation residence. Sheriff Riggenbach said the burglary occurred during the daytime hours, sometime between 7:00am & 4:00pm. Sheriff Riggenbach advised that evidence recovered at the scene is being forwarded to the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation for examination.
Riggenbach is asking for information from anyone who may have seen a suspicious vehicle or pedestrian activity, during the day on Tuesday or anyone with information about this crime, to contact the Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office.
