VAN WERT, Ohio – FWRadiology presented Van Wert County Hospital with a $10,000 check as the first of three installments toward their $30,000 pledge in support of the Emergency Services Department expansion project.

“We would like to thank FWRadiology for their support and generosity to the hospital and the Emergency Services Department expansion project,” says Mark Minick, Van Wert Hospital president/CEO.

“We are happy to support Van Wert County Hospital,” says Dr. Thomas Sarosi, FWRadiology president. “FWRadiology has been fortunate to serve the people of Van Wert and surrounding communities. As the opportunity presented itself to support Van Wert County Hospital’s growing facility, we were happy to be a partner of the expansion project. We wish Van Wert County Hospital great success.” Van Wert Hospital’s Emergency Services Department was completed in June 2010. The 12,000 square-foot expansion added 11 private emergency rooms, a secluded triage area and a covered entrance. The Emergency Services Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Board certified physicians and staff treat emergencies ranging from minor to major trauma.

“I want to thank Van Wert County Hospital for being the home to FWRadiology services, and the place where I am pleased to serve the community’s radiology needs. I am proud to be a part of the community,” says Dr. Eric Jelinger, Medical Director of Radiology, FWRadiology.
