PAULDING — Damien A. Morales, executive director of the Oakwood Development Company, will share its company goals and objectives for not only Oakwood but for all of Paulding County, as a keynote speaker for the John Paulding Historical Society’s annual membership meeting, an event which brings together members, friends and family to share in the excitement of a brand new year. The meeting will be held at the museum, located across from the Paulding County Fairgrounds, on Sunday, Jan. 19, at 2 p.m.
The keynote speaker will give members a chance to learn what the upcoming year will bring and see firsthand what direction the Oakwood Development Company plans on taking to highlight Paulding County’s strengths. Damien, who has been recently named the executive director for the Oakwood Development Company, is a degreed sociologist from the University of North Texas, and has recently spent the last eight years assisting franchisors in replicating their business models across the country. He’s worked for some of the most recognizable brands in the franchise Industry and has been a part of strategic planning for some of the fastest growing brands in franchising today.
