    VAN WERT — A Van Wert man who has already spent more than five years in prison in connection with a traffic crash he caused which killed two people is headed back to prison. Luke Reinhart, 35, appeared in Van Wert County Court of Common Pleas Thursday on a community control violation. Reinhart had not reported to the parole department in over a year.
