    VAN WERT — Local school district report cards offered a mix of good and not-as-good for local school officials. The re-vamped card serves as a check on districts, evaluating how schoolchildren are being taught and how well the students are learning.

    VAN WERT — The available hours for early in-person (EIP) absentee voting are not very easy to remember, but due to a directive from Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, the hours will all be the same in any of the state’s 88 counties.
